Feldenkrais with Bennie
Feldenkrais lets you experience your body as a whole and how all
the different parts (limbs, joints, muscles) come together and
how each part has its own function. This will help you
understand your habits through experience rather then intellect,
and this allows you the possibility to change and develop;
improving things such as, grounding, breathing and balance.
